Job Description

A Reputable chemical company in Tehran is looking for a Quality Assurance Expert: Responsibilities: ● Ensure incoming materials, in-process and all finished products meet specified requirements. ● Ensure those customer complaints are investigated and resolved with the necessary corrective and preventive actions. ● Establish clearly defined quality standards and methods for process owners to apply. ● Identify staff’s relevant training needs and develop them to their best potential. ● Monitor and review quality performance against the company’s set objectives and take necessary action to advise process owners to strive for improvements. ● Effective Implementation of QMS with continuous improvements. ● Cooperative work-team relations with internal customers (e.g. Production, Planning, Logistics, Sales).

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or related fields. ● At least 5 of QA experiences. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical skills, investigative abilities to manage and lead the team to manage customer complaints. ● Able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. ● Familiar with 5S, Kanban, kaizen, 6sigma, SPC, Minitab, and ICDL. ● Preferably with a background experience in food, cosmetic, health, or chemical industries.
