Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or related fields.
● At least 5 of QA experiences.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical skills, investigative abilities to manage and lead the team to manage customer complaints.
● Able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
● Familiar with 5S, Kanban, kaizen, 6sigma, SPC, Minitab, and ICDL.
● Preferably with a background experience in food, cosmetic, health, or chemical industries.
