
Job Description
In this role, you will support:
Develop and implement quality assurance and regulatory strategies aligned with national regulations and Bel Group standards to enhance efficiency, profitability, and product quality.
Lead factory-wide quality and regulatory projects, ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
Manage quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal, legal, and Bel Group standards for raw materials and products.
Ensure alignment with national laws and Bel Group policies, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality KPIs.
Conduct audits and oversee corrective actions for non-conformities in processes, materials, and products.
Mentor and lead the quality and regulatory team, ensuring performance aligns with goals and competencies.
Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Microbiology.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years in Quality Assurance, Production, or R&D roles within the dairy industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Proficient in food safety (FSSC 22000), HSE standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and dairy processes.
Strong knowledge of local regulations (MOH, MOI, ISIRI) and quality systems (QMS, GMP, GHP).
Skilled in developing QA strategies, data analysis, budgeting, and resource management.
Effective leader with cross-functional team management and collaboration expertise.
Excellent communication (English) and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality web tools.
