Job Description
1. Supervise earthworks, foundation works, concrete pouring, rebar and formwork activities.
2. Monitor fabrication, transport, erection, and connection of steel structures (including welding, bolting, leveling, and alignment).
3. Review construction drawings and coordinate with the technical office to resolve discrepancies.
4. Plan and follow up daily site activities according to project schedule.
5. Coordinate with subcontractors, HSE, and QA/QC teams to ensure safe and standard execution.
6. Record and report daily progress, issues, and material or equipment needs to the Project Manager.
7. Inspect materials for compliance with specifications and standards.
8. Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
9. Participate in daily coordination meetings and provide technical feedback.
10. Cooperate with the project control and technical teams to optimize execution and minimize rework.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 1–3 years of field experience in industrial construction projects (cement, steel, power plant, or mineral industries)
considering that the workplace is in Saveh, candidates living in Tehran must be able to commute or relocate as required
