Job Description
● Prepare and monitor, plan, and control project documents in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines within the prescribed time frame and client requirements.
● Prepare and update the project's WBS, CBS, PMS, etc.
● Prepare and update the project's detailed schedules, calculate planned progress, and develop S.Curve and resource histogram.
● Take part in the project's internal coordination meetings as well as meetings with the client, vendors, and other parties.
● Cooperation with the project or department manager.
● Study the requirements outlined in projects’ contracts, PO, agreements, and plan projects timelines.
● Organize engineering, procurement, and construction schedules with respect to the project's timelines and constantly assess required resources.
● Issue weekly and monthly progress reports.
● Ensure smooth and timely issuance of projects’ engineering documents and permanent monitoring of projects VPIS/VDIS.
● Work closely with other department heads to coordinate operations and activities within or among departments.
● Participate in the meetings held for the projects including Kickoff (K.O.M) and clarification meetings.
● Follow up the correspondence and transmittal to speed up the process of finalizing project technical documents.
