USO Project Coordinator

Job Description

Mission


· To coordinate Microwave expansion and transmission-related projects under the project manager’s guidance, as defined by NWG and internal customer ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.



Education

· B.Sc. in Project Management / Engineering or related

· Fluent in English


Experience

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management; with experience in supervising others

· Experience working in a medium organization


Roles & Responsibilities


· To support in the identification, development and maintenance of required PM and reporting tools.

· To coordinate with external organizations and partners for activities related to assigned projects.

· To gain full awareness of assigned Project status, progress, and plans and support the Project Manager in managing all PM tasks for the assigned project.

· To continuously monitor the project to make sure each stage is progressing on time, within budget, and to the right quality standards and escalate key risks based on defined standards to the Project Manager.

· To report project progress and key measures/KPIs to Rollout infrastructure Management based on defined templates and standards

· To follow up and make sure execution of the assigned project within timelines defined via conducting different meetings with vendors/subcontractors and reviewing their progress reports.

· To interact with the Project Steercom and project members to ensure project execution is not compromised

· To facilitate effective coordination across project streams to handle dependencies and resolve project bottlenecks

· To support PSO Department by providing the requested information and documents on the assigned project

· To implement change management on the projects based on agreed standards and plan

· To ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately based on NW rollout infrastructure project management policies.

· To perform, accomplish, and coordinate all activities related to administrative tasks of the projects.

· To propose actionable plans to address issues identified in reports and meetings and follow the track of actions.

· To maintain strong collaboration with diverse teams and demonstrate continuous commitment to project follow-up, including full-time monitoring of high-priority projects such as the Reallocation Project.
