Job Description
- Predict requirements needed to reach objectives and manage resources and time, in an effective and efficient manner.
- Prepare PIP (Project Implementation Plan) based on the scope of work and close tracking.
- Track project PIP (Project Implementation Plan) in order to meet targets as per milestones.
- Provide task updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Gather supplier's valid concerns/difficulties and E2E follow up with related parties to ensure about smooth delivery.
- Manage scope with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate with team members.
- Identify risks and take measures to prevent delays and budgetary constraints.
- Finance track and handle the invoicing processes E2E.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Expert in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Responsible, Supportive, and collaborative to handle upcoming cases on time.
- Familiar and match with customer-centricity concepts.
- Project management and related experience is an advantage.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
