Project Control Specialist

Job Description

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams to track project progress and performance.
• Analyze project data and prepare reports for management review.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Assist in budget planning and cost control activities.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
• Evaluate project changes and assess their impact on project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in planning and control software (MS Project and Primavera).
• At least two years of relevant technical work experience.
• Experience in project planning and control.
• Proficiency in working with project management software.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
