Job Description

● Acquiring the policy, general objectives, and executive instructions of the CEO. ● Formulating long-term and short-term plans based on accreditation and strategic criteria to achieve the goals and policies of the organization. ● Managing the preparation and compilation of regulations, instructions, implementation methods, and work processes of the organization. ● Monitoring and supervision of the developed programs in order to ensure the successful implementation of the programs in the organization's units. ● Monitoring, auditing, and controlling various activities of the company to ensure the provision of services in the fastest possible time and with the best quality based on the policies and goals of the organization. ● Receiving and reviewing feedback from company managers and employees and improving the current situation in order to gain their full satisfaction. ● Helping the units to reach organizational and personnel goals. ● Monitoring the follow-up of the implementation of the approved programs and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the programs and correcting them. ● Monitoring and reviewing the systems, methods, and procedures used by the organization and taking necessary measures to modify and improve them with the aim of facilitating work and adapting to new needs. ● Periodical identification and analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and key threats of the organization.

Requirements

● Familiarity with ICDL. ● Getting to know Rahkaran software. ● Familiarity with VISIO software. ● Familiarity with BPMN. ● Familiarity with MSP software. ● Familiarity with CRM software. ● Getting to know ISOs.
