Analyze current productivity levels and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address deficiencies.
Streamline workflows and processes to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
Establish quality control measures and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that products or services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their productivity and quality skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track productivity and quality metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, production, quality assurance, sales, marketing, HR, and supply chain to drive productivity and quality initiatives.
Identify potential risks to productivity and quality and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive ongoing enhancements in productivity and quality, leveraging feedback and best practices.
Requirements
4 to 10 years of experience in productivity and quality management systems.
Good knowledge of productivity and quality measurement models and techniques such as TPM, EFQM, ISO, etc.
Master's degree or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Management Sciences, Economics, Finance, Systems Engineering, or other related disciplines from credible universities; or an MBA/DBA graduate.
Good command of English (reading and writing).
