Production Planning Manager

Job Description

● Cooperate with the supplying department and announce the orders based on factory management confirmation. ● Cooperate with supplying department to catch the required reports in way of controlling the products interval process. ● Follow commercial department purchases and supply the orders from the supplying department. ● Assign the methods to have a better connection with supplying department to update and facilitate the limitations. ● Prepare the periodical reports for management. ● Edit the methods of controlling the warehouse based on the warehouse manager. ● Distinguish the required equipment and facilities for the warehouse. ● Supply all required sources. ● Control the process of the warehouse based on related software. ● Supervise checking the products to be based on product planning. ● Supervene on remaining items in the warehouse to finalize them. ● Participate in whole related issues in warehouse same as all processes and monthly and yearly counting, then participating in related meetings to do the next decisions. ● Connect the sales department requirements with warehouse policies. ● Supervise controlling all items in the warehouse. ● Supervise all assigned required BOM to be used in the related production line.
