Job Description

The objectives of the role: Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the production line. List of responsibilities: ● Documenting and creating various dashboards. ● Defining main operational KPIs. ● Work-study (Time Study and Work measurement). ● Developing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans. ● Creating various periodic reports. ● Probation period: 3 Month. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm; Thursday 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. ● Gross monthly base salary: negotiable; based on performance. ● Commission, bonus, and benefits: commuting service, supplementary insurance, and sufficient salary.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management ● MS Office proficiency (Excel and Word). ● Knowledge of time study techniques, and data analysis. ● Passion for teamwork, strong communication skills, and responsibility to do allocated work.
