-Utilize appropriate statistical and/or data analysis tools within a structured problem solving approach to characterize and improve existing operations or translate customer requirements into repeatable and capable manufacturing processes
-Production process and quality control in order to produce a quality product
-Manage supervised personnel to increase productivity
-Changing the line and changing the setting of the machines in order to produce quality yarn according to the program requested by the planner
-Reduce and eliminate non-compliant grades and products in order to increase production efficiency
-Provide solutions to increase production efficiency
Requirements
-B.S Degree inTextile Engineering Industrial, or other related Engineering field considered with relevant knowledge and experience
-Over 3 years of experience in a textile or similar manufacturing environment, knowledge of textile or filament manufacturing
-Knowledge of statistics, probability and Six Sigma Tools
-Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and project management skills
-Ability to self-pace learn including book, web-based, and classroom participation
-Ideal Age Range: 20 - 45
