Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Team Lead to join one of Saman Electronic Payment (SEP) new subsidiaries— a growing ecosystem at the intersection of technology, commerce, and innovation.

*Key Responsibilities

  • Translate strategy into a clear product vision and outcome-based roadmap with measurable success metrics
  • Discover and validate user and stakeholder requirements and pain points
  • Define scope via PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability to roadmap outcomes
  • Prioritize and plan product development aligned with roadmap and stakeholder needs
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery and launch in collaboration with tech, marketing, and customer care teams


*Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Strong track record of launching and scaling digital payment products (e-commerce, BNPL, etc.)
  • Experience with merchant and partner integration
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proven leadership in managing and motivating cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to social commerce, social channels, or social tools is a plus
