We’re looking for a Product Team Lead to join one of Saman Electronic Payment (SEP) new subsidiaries— a growing ecosystem at the intersection of technology, commerce, and innovation.
*Key Responsibilities
Translate strategy into a clear product vision and outcome-based roadmap with measurable success metrics
Discover and validate user and stakeholder requirements and pain points
Define scope via PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability to roadmap outcomes
Prioritize and plan product development aligned with roadmap and stakeholder needs
Lead end-to-end product delivery and launch in collaboration with tech, marketing, and customer care teams
*Qualifications:
7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in payments, fintech, or e-commerce
Strong track record of launching and scaling digital payment products (e-commerce, BNPL, etc.)
Experience with merchant and partner integration
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
Proven leadership in managing and motivating cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to social commerce, social channels, or social tools is a plus
