Job Description
We are looking for a Product Owner to create a prioritized backlog, based on the visions and goals of product management. As Product Owner, you will be working closely with software developers, customers, stockholders and the rest of the R&D department. Product Owner responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. You will also be working independently to find creative solutions and will assist us with the successful implementation of our products.
Main responsibilities of the position are:
- Collaborates with Stakeholders, Product Leadership and Development teams to define product requirements.
- Ensures products and services integrated in a coherent and performant way, with scalability.
- Be a key knowledge owner on how to integrate products.
- Proficient with Agile methodology, author’s product backlog, defines story acceptance criteria, manages and prioritizes backlog.
- Work with developers on clarifying requirements and negotiating the scope of proposed enhancements based on priorities and estimates.
- Works in a highly collaborative environment, and empowers decisions regarding functionality and priority in the sprint.
- Proactively monitors, identifies, debugs and prioritizes product issues. Identifies opportunities for improvements and delivers on them.
- Monitors product performance and feature improvement impacts, and recommends course corrections using data-driven decisions.
- Provides status updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Planning and Controlling the scope, time, cost and resources; in order to continue updating the project plans.
- Providing the project team members with 'what to do' lists.
- Preparing weekly reports to the manager and project status and analytic reports about progress and delay in the project level, as well.
