Job Description

● Monitoring and evaluating the sales and financial performance of the category. ● Determining customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. ● Bringing new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs. ● Planning and implementing planograms for shelf displays. ● Formulating, directing, and coordinating marketing (trade and consumer) activities. and policies to promote products based on a systematic approach. ● Training the sales team.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate. ● Three years of experience in retail and marketing. ● Ability to write well and generate reports on market activity. ● Possess great negotiation and interpersonal skills. ● Analytical, creative, and goal-driven thinking. ● Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
