Job Description

Product manager of Emulsifiers for the production of pesticides: ● Conduct telephone and in-person negotiations. ● Introduce products to companies and provide after-sales technical services to them. ● Organize all activities and sales affairs such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiation, and order based on up-to-date prices and current company rules and regulations. ● Prepare and present a marketing plan (marketing strategy) for each product on an annual basis. ● Participate in sales, profit share, and market penetration of products. ● Identify and develop new opportunities for products and services of current and new customers. ● Monitor and evaluate competitive market conditions. ● Help new products enter existing markets.

Requirements

● In-depth knowledge of pesticide formulations and quality control tests. ● Familiarity with the pesticide industry. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Engineering, or other related fields. ● Laboratory experience in pesticide formulation is an advantage. ● Ability to communicate effectively with customers. ● Fluent in English. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office.
