● Manage sales promotion of assigned products.
● Increase sales to the maximum.
● Regular visits and negotiations with doctors and designated pharmacies and establishing targeted communication to achieve sales goals and monitor products.
● Communicate with key people in pharmacies to get sales statistics, price changes of competitors, compare the company's sales with competitors, get information about inventory, and prescribe doctors.
● Develop an annual marketing plan.
● Prepare continuous skin and hair market analysis.
● Hold or participate in the implementation of meetings, workshops, and congresses
● Prospect and qualify new customers.
● Update product knowledge, market feedback, and sales skills.
● Eliminate the issues and obstacles that you will have with doctors and pharmacies in the direction of branding and sales goals.
● Exchange information with members of the company's marketing team.
Requirements
● At least 5 years of experience in selling skin and hair products.
● At least a Master's degree in Cell Science, Biotechnology, etc.
● Experience in marketing skin and hair products as MSL and product manager.
● Full acquaintance with skin and hair ecosystem clients (general practitioners, dermatologists - plastic surgeons).
● Communication and negotiation skills.
● Having positive energy and initiative.
● Ability to work in a team.
● Familiarity with content production in the field of skin and hair.
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially Excel.
