Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and creative Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and enhancement of digital products, particularly in the field of online sales. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, strong data analysis skills, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams .
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy Definition: Defining the vision, mission, and overall strategies for the online tire sales application.
Product Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the development, launch, and update phases of the application.
Coordination with Development Teams: Collaborating with back-end and front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps to ensure product goals are achieved.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Studying the market and analyzing competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
Identifying User Needs: Collecting and analyzing user requirements to improve user experience.
Product Backlog Management: Prioritizing and managing the list of tasks and features under development.
Coordination with Marketing Manager: Working with the marketing team to execute advertising campaigns and boost sales.
Preparing Analytical Reports: Providing analytical reports to senior management regarding product performance.
Team Training and Development: Training and developing the product team’s skills to enhance performance.
Problem Solving: Following up and resolving issues related to product development and performance.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Preferably holds an MBA degree.
Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in product management, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
Software Skills: Proficiency in project management software (such as Jira or Trello) and data analysis tools.
