Job Description

One of the companies of Fouman Chimie Industrial Group is looking for a product manager with the following responsibilities: ● Plan and direct NPD (New Product Development) projects. ● Perform active interaction with graphic designers to create artwork related to the product's packaging and design. ● Check the feasibility of the NPD projects, through market demand analysis, competition analysis, and preparing SWOT. ● Make an optimum interaction with other sections of the marketing department. ● Coordinate and make effective relationships with other departments such as R&D, Supply chain, production as well as the sales department. ● Manage P&L analysis to ensure the profitability of the new products. ● Product launch planning and directing. ● Train product knowledge to the sales team. ● Report to the marketing manager.

Requirements

● Gender preference: Male/Female. ● More than three years of relevant experience. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or an MBA graduate. ● Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. ● Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Good influencing power and the ability to work in a cross-functional matrix. ● Understanding of consumer insights. ● Dynamic and proactive person, with a can-do attitude. ● Fluent in English.
