Job Description

  • Annual planning for product category development.
  • Develop and execute product category strategies and roadmaps, aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and supply-chain teams to develop innovative and high-quality products.
  • Define product specifications, features, and pricing based on market analysis and customer requirements.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with marketing agencies and sales team to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary product enhancements.
  • Prepare annual category marketing plan and executive action plan align with company's goals.
  • Provide product training and support to internal teams, including sales, customer service, and technical support.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or an MBA graduate.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a metrics-driven approach to marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate in a cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Understanding consumer insights and market trends.
  • Proactive and dynamic individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Interested in car related products.
