Requirements
University qualifications: BSC in Engineering Fields
Previous experience: 10 years experience in procurement of oil & gas industry (at least 3 years as procurement manager)
Specialist knowledge: International Procurement, Has a Good Connection with too Many Reputable Vendors
Other Skills: Good Negotiator, Leadership Ability, Self Organized, Team Work, Systematic Thinker
