**Agrin Karmayeh Company**, in line with expanding its commercial activities and industrial equipment procurement operations, is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the position of **Procurement Department Manager**.
### Job Responsibilities
• Manage and lead the procurement process for industrial equipment and materials
• Identify, evaluate, and develop domestic and international supplier networks
• Review RFQs, obtain quotations, and perform technical and commercial evaluations of proposals
• Manage tenders, conduct commercial negotiations, and oversee contract execution
• Follow up on purchase orders through delivery and monitor procurement schedules
• Maintain close cooperation with Engineering, Technical, Sales, and Finance departments
• Lead and manage the Procurement and Commercial team
• Prepare management reports and conduct industrial equipment market analysis
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements throughout the procurement process
### Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in procurement for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Steel, or Power industries
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international procurement processes
• Familiarity with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Industrial Electrical equipment
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficiency in English
• Team leadership and strategic planning capabilities
• Familiarity with technical documentation and engineering attachments
