- Developing, implementation of Procurement Activities includes Procurement Planning, Market Research, Sourcing, Analyzing, Budgeting, Order Placement, Contracting, Expediting, Cost Controlling, Logistics and Delivery of all purchases.
- Taking the necessary quotations from contractors/suppliers in accordance with Company Purchasing Procedures.
- Managing Tenders and prepare commercial analysis to procurement Manager.
- Participating in Supplier Audits.
- Sourcing capable resources in accordance with the scope of work and commercial/technical qualifications.
- Managing the value engineering & savings opportunities.
- Following up all manufacturing orders and make sure all QC requirements are conducted.
- Expediting and ensuring timely delivery of all orders.
- Preparing related reports to the procurement activities progress.
- Managing suppliers and make sure the best in price and quality are delivered.
Requirements
- Minimum +7 years of experience
- Master Degree in the fields of Mechanical, electrical or process Engineering
- Excellent English knowledge
- Familiar with the goods, materials & equipment, also the suppliers & contractors in the field of Oil & Gas
