● Perform technical and engineering affairs.
● Draw the initial plan of the project, drawing the block diagram of the process flow.
● Prepare a schedule for refinery and petrochemical projects.
● Review and supervision of contracts.
● Approve and monitor phasing and interdependencies in projects.
● Ensure the progress of projects in accordance with the plan and budget.
● Prepare a vendor list.
● Risk management and changes in projects.
● Prepare and update the list of approved suppliers.
● Evaluate the performance of suppliers of non-project companies.
● Review and supervision of operation and maintenance contracts and their annexes.
● Monitor pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing of projects.
● Control and supervision of planning and execution of major repairs of units.
● Control, supervision, and integration of unit production planning.
● Control and monitor process improvements and increase productivity in order to control the quantity and quality of products.
● Policy-making and monitoring the operation and production of units.
● Policy-making and monitoring of marketing and sales of products.
Requirements
● Master's degree or bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, Polymer engineering, Oil (on an equal footing with those with a project management or control qualification or with a PMP, RMP certification.)
● At least 7 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
