Your new role 

As a Pricing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conduct trade‑off analyses on pricing and launch sequencing to optimise the portfolio in line with strategy and ethics. 
• Recommend price approvals and dispensations for current and future portfolios in alignment with global strategy. 
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure optimal access to Novo Nordisk products. 
• Monitor pricing trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes (local and international). 
• Communicate pricing insights to affiliates and BA management to inform broader business decisions. 
• Ensure effective pricing management to maximize long‑term profitability and support finance processes. 
• Collaborate with HEOR, access, governmental affairs, and external stakeholders to ensure balanced, compliant pricing strategies.

 

Your new department

You will be part of the Market Access, Pricing and Affordability (MAPA) team at Novo Nordisk.

Based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the MAPA team is dedicated to ensuring patients worldwide have access to our life-changing treatments. 

The department focuses on integrating pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies to maximize the value of our portfolio. 

With a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, you will work alongside talented colleagues who are committed to making a difference 

for patients and healthcare systems globally.

 

 

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Business, Economics, Health Policy, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Local experience working with key pricing stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and fluent in English.
