Full-Time Collaboration Opportunity – R&D (Design & Prototyping)

An Australian inventor is assembling a professional, multidisciplinary team to design and build an innovative robotic system and develop advanced composite materials. The final product will be primarily used in the agricultural fencing industry.
We are seeking a Polymer Engineer / Industrial Chemist with strong hands-on experience in composite development and prototyping.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer Engineering or Industrial Chemistry
- Proven track record in designing and developing lightweight, high‑strength composite materials
- Professional experience with mechanical, thermal, and chemical testing of polymer composites
- Ability to analyze laboratory results and prepare clear technical reports
- Willingness to collaborate closely with the mechanical and robotics teams throughout the product development cycle
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience working with industrial material suppliers and equipment vendors

Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: USD 800 – 1000
- All project‑approved expenses and related costs will be fully covered
- The estimated duration for designing and building the prototype is three months. Upon successful completion of the prototype, a performance bonus will be awarded to the entire team

Long-Term Collaboration:
Following the successful completion of the prototype, additional development projects and new product lines are planned. High-performing team members will have the opportunity to continue in long-term roles within the project.
