Job Description
-Develop the Operations and Plant Management Plans, achieving maximum efficiency in terms of quality and productivity while ensuring occupational safety and minimum environmental impact
-Responsible for the industrialization process
-Responsible for the order supply process. Address and resolve serious breakage problems with supplies, providing short term and medium term solutions (alternative supply). Urgent action requests
-Responsible for preparing the production, volume and plant resources budget
-Develop the Plant Management Plan and the functions of Operations
-Responsible for operations with customers and other entities, collaborating with other Directors to satisfy customers and the market
-Responsible for defining the objectives, roles and responsibilities of operations staff
-Manage and promote training for all plant staff in quality, environment and safety matters, approving the Training Plan each year
-Motivate and evaluate co-workers' performance
-Approve the action plan to be developed at the plant for the Prevention of Occupational Hazards
-Check compliance of the ORP System in their area. Approve the ORP resources needed to develop the Occupational Hazard Prevention System
-Continuously improve the skills of staff members
-Continuously improve the standards aimed at higher quality, better service and lower costs
-Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
-Coordinate the activities involved in management, planning, control of structures, production and internal and external logistics for manufactured products, achieving maximum efficiency in terms of quality and productivity while ensuring occupational safety and minimum environmental impact
-In general, carry out activities complying with the procedures affecting their area of responsibility, keeping records of the system, promoting both process and procedural improvements in order for the activities to be effective
