-Working closely with planning team to come up with an analysis behind the trend. SWOT analysis involved.
-Coordinate with product development team and manage all communication with various departments.
-Design reports or dashboards to facilitate performance monitoring and easy data access.
-Performance controlling by monitoring and evaluating actual versus targets.
-Produce and administer reports, metrics and KPI’s.
-Cross collaboration with BI, human resources, and other business units for KPI tracking.
-Project management, influencing and managing stakeholders across all functions.
-Develops continuous gap opening and follows up on gap closing to achieve commercial BU targets.
-Performance modeling, measurement, and analysis (tracking and monitoring organizational goals).
Requirements
-Minimum master degree in management or industrial engineering.
-5 years of experience with a full mastery of ISO-related processes and assessment procedures.
-Deep knowledge about management principles and strategic planning.
-Auditing and assessment (Knowledge/Skills/Experiences).
-Understanding process modeling and structure design models.
-Strong business acumen and analytical skills, able to identify opportunities/problems from data.
-Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills; on native language and efficiency in English.
-Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power-point.
-Skills and knowledge of MS project.
-Familiar with automotive industries.
