- Doing all the work related to collecting and supplying the budget of the company
- Collaborating with the manager in different units in regulating the budget.
- Planning and presenting ways for improving the ways things are done and transforming producing.
- Studding the conditions and financial issues of the productivity designs.
- Planning and supplying the equipment's and the materials needed for productivity.
- Compiling long-term and short-term plans to reach the goals and the policies of the company.
- Following up the execution of the approved plans of the company, the weak and strong points of each plan and improving them.
- Managing the preparation of the regulations, guideline, and running the necessary works of different units of the company.
