is inviting experienced and professional managers to join the organization in the role of Planning & Ordering Manager
a key position with direct impact on operational stability, inventory control, and the quality of operational decision-making.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Manage and lead ordering processes for the central warehouse and the branch network
Plan and control inventory levels across warehouses and branches to prevent shortages or excess stock
Analyze sales, consumption, and inventory data to accurately forecast ordering requirements
Maintain close coordination with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, and Operations teams
Monitor and ensure the proper execution of planning and ordering processes across the organization
Prepare managerial reports and analytical insights to support strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications (Technical Requirements)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
in planning and ordering roles within the FMCG industry
Strong command of ordering processes, inventory control, and distribution planning
In-depth familiarity with supply chain and logistics concepts (at the coordination and collaboration level)
Experience working with ERP systems
(experience with Rahkaran
is considered an advantage)
High proficiency in Excel
and Power BI
Practical knowledge of Python
for data analysis
Strong analytical capability, demand forecasting skills, and data-driven decision-making ability
Behavioral & Managerial Competencies
High level of accuracy, structure, and organizational discipline
Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration
Ability to lead and coordinate the planning and ordering team
Professional commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of organizational information
