Role Description
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Manage production planning, machine capacity, manpower, raw material availability, and production schedules while minimizing downtime, waste, and production costs.
Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production and planning, preferably in plastic injection molding or plastic caps/closures manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production planning, injection molding processes, OEE, KPI management, and ERP/MRP systems.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
