● Planning for production targets.
● Material planning by consideration of production plans.
● Recognizing and resolving warehouse and quality issues through corrective action plans.
● Work closely with marketing, purchasing, operations, and finance teams to plan and monitor inventory levels and production lead times.
● Collaborate with the sales team in analyzing the sales forecast by computing the assets, raw materials, manpower requirements, and customer demands and following up on the actual production results.
● Work closely with related department managers using design or new product introduction, alternative raw materials, equipment requirements, test /inspection plans, and product specification requirements.
● Plan, create, control, and monitor production schedules and job order priorities to meet production targets.
● Schedule and direct production planning meetings and track production performance to schedule. Requirements
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
● At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
● Advanced computer skills.
● Teamwork and leadership skills.
● Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control in the manufacturing industry.
● Perfect in negotiation, active listening, time management, and critical thinking (using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to the problems)
