Responsibilities: - Engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to introduce and sell our products and services. - Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. - Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and meet revenue goals. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our customer relationship management system. - Stay informed about the latest industry trends and product offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and needs.
