Job Description

Job Responsibilities
*Execute and oversee personnel administration processes.
*Maintain, update, organize, and archive employee records and personnel documentation.
*Record, monitor, and verify employee attendance and timekeeping data.
*Administer and monitor employee welfare and benefits processes.
*Ensure compliance with the Labor Law, Social Security regulations, internal policies, and organizational procedures.
*Prepare, review, analyze, and present personnel-related reports.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline HR processes.
*Follow up on employment contracts, personnel decrees, employee status changes, and other related administrative correspondence.

Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
*Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Personnel Administration or Human Resources.
*Strong knowledge of the Iranian Labor Law, Social Security regulations, payroll tax, and personnel administration processes.
*Proficiency in Kasra Attendance & Time Management System and familiarity with HR software applications.
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret reports.
*High level of accuracy, accountability, organizational skills, and effective follow-up.
*Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
*Intermediate proficiency in English.
