Job Description

● Providing and developing of KPIs for different levels of organization and departments. ● Following up and receiving the reports of performance indicators from different departments. ● Designing, implement and developing management dashboards from KPIs. ● Providing analytical reports from organization performance management system. ● Recording information and updating files and documents of Performance Management. ● Analyzing the results of indicator`s evaluation in order to prepare the reports of different departments. ● Communicating with Human Resources Development department to definie the actions that improve the operation of employers.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial engineering or Industrial Management. ● Fluent in performance management concepts, especially the design of KPIs. ● Advanced in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software. ● Familiar with BI. ● Integral vision and analytical thinking.
