Job Description

● Preparing periodic analytical and management reports of evaluation results and presenting them to superiors at designated times. ● Analyzing and problem solving the level of realization and the main reasons for not realizing the goals of the key performance indicators of organizational units. ● Cooperating in the design and implementation of the performance evaluation system. ● Carrying out and following up on other matters assigned by the superior and preparing relevant reports. ● Planning and meeting with the key stakeholders of the projects in order to determine the goals and requirements for the progress of the projects. ● Controlling, tracking, and monitoring the physical, time, and cost progress of projects. ● Preparing format and presentation of weekly, monthly, etc. analytical reports on the progress status of projects, analysis of success or failure of projects, and extraction of its root cause to present to superiors.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or Industrial Engineering. ● At least three years of work experience in the field of industrial production (work experience in the automotive industry is an advantage). ● Proficient in the principles and concepts of performance evaluation and quality management. ● Proficient in evaluation methods, monitoring and development, and excellence systems and performance measurement. ● Proficient in the concepts of key performance indicators and general and specialized indicators of organizational units. ● Ability to analyze and find complications. ● Proficient in compiling, monitoring, and evaluating key performance indicators. ● Proficient in designing and developing business processes. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint. ● Familiarity with quality management systems. ● Proficient in project planning and management concepts and tools. ● Familiarity with report writing and reporting. ● Familiar with the principles of effective communication and negotiation. ● Accurate, regular, dynamic, responsible, and persistent until the result is achieved. ● Flexibility and the ability to face new challenges. ● Ability to prioritize tasks and make correct and timely decisions. ● Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and handle multiple priorities. ● Ability to do group work and interested in working in a dynamic environment. ● Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability. ● Ability to write letters and write meeting minutes with appropriate literature.
