- Prepare and manage monthly time sheets
- Define new employees in payroll system
- Prepare and execute taxes and payment of employee insurance.
- Prepare monthly salary voucher
- Prepare and renew all personnel contract
- Answer employees' questions about payroll
- Execute all process related to personnel who left company and calculated termination benefit.
- Carrying out the payroll affairs of new joiners
- Report to department supervisor regarding daily activities and issues
- Performs related work as required.
Requirements
- Having University degree in related field
- 3 or more years’ experience working in payroll or similar role
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant payroll software.
- Excellent knowledge of tax, labor laws
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
