• Preparing action plans in order to cover weak points of surveys outcomes.
• Interpret company strategies into departments.
• Preparing company promotion policy. (Ladder and stream)
• Preparing an effective link for corporate culture and leadership programs.
Requirements
- B.S/B.A in HR or management fields.
- 3 to 5 year as OD supervisor.
- Organized mind.
- Team approach.
- Communication skills.
- Mastery of Office and related software.
- English literacy.
