Job Description

  • Designing and tailoring governance framework for corporations and defining governance elements and features in accordance with designed models.
  • Defining decision-making structures and roles for sufficient and accurate managerial decision-making.
  • Providing related governance documents such as committee charters, role mandates, policies, and principles.
  • Complying governance structure with external law and regulations such as labor law, IPO and etc.
  • Complying organizational structure with the corporation’s strategies and benchmarking best practices in industry structures in order to design and extract desired structures and models.
  • Improving and integrating organizational processes at the corporation level based on standards, best practices, or design models in collaboration with process owners and process analysts in business units.


  • Diplomacy, and tact necessary to work effectively within a large corporate.
  • Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Mentor sub-ordinates in both technical and managerial areas and appraise the performance of direct reports.
  • At least 8 years of work-related experience.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Management.
