Designing and tailoring governance framework for corporations and defining governance elements and features in accordance with designed models.
Defining decision-making structures and roles for sufficient and accurate managerial decision-making.
Providing related governance documents such as committee charters, role mandates, policies, and principles.
Complying governance structure with external law and regulations such as labor law, IPO and etc.
Complying organizational structure with the corporation’s strategies and benchmarking best practices in industry structures in order to design and extract desired structures and models.
Improving and integrating organizational processes at the corporation level based on standards, best practices, or design models in collaboration with process owners and process analysts in business units.
Requirements
Diplomacy, and tact necessary to work effectively within a large corporate.
Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Mentor sub-ordinates in both technical and managerial areas and appraise the performance of direct reports.
At least 8 years of work-related experience.
At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Management.
