3. Executing of Employee Performance Appraisal and Implementing other related actions
4. Offer Technical/General training programs to improve job skills for HQ & Factories
5. Familiar with preparing Employee Development Plans, C&B, Job Grading, Recruitment & Retention
6. Being able to prepare analytical reports
Requirements
1. Good at Outlook, Word, Excel & PPT.
2. Preferably, having experiences in FMCG company
3. Good interpersonal skills
4. Behaviors: Active, Organized & Analyzer
5. Preferably, Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Industrial Engineering & Management
6. Good knowledge of English Language (Written & Spoken)
