Operations & Traffic Specialist (International Transportation–Freight Forwarder & Carrier)

Job Description

• Manage and track imported land, air, and sea shipments from booking to results.
• Establish continuous communication with foreign representatives and customers to receive cargo information and track the shipping process.
• Complete understanding of the foreign transit process and its effective implementation.
• Adhere to the principles of organizational behavior, rules, and administrative procedures.
• Establish strong external communications for necessary coordination.

Requirements:

• Maximum age: 35 years old. 
• Strong communication skills and excellent public relations.
• Patient, organized, and flexible.
• Capable of tracking cargo shipments from booking to achieving the final result and customer satisfaction.
• Good familiarity with conversational English and conducting email correspondence in formal English.
• Sufficient familiarity with the process of managing international shipping operations (sending, receiving and monitoring customer cargo shipments).
• Ability to establish strong communications and teamwork, especially in interacting with company representatives outside of Iran.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems (investigate and resolve logistical and traffic problems in transporting goods).
• Sufficient familiarity with international transportation rules and regulations (rules for transporting imported cargo by road, air and sea).
• Sufficient proficiency in working with OTMS software as an integrated transportation management software and an optimizer of logistics processes.
• Disciplined, patient and diligent in interacting with clients and marketing and sales experts with the goal of creating synergy to achieve customer satisfaction.
