Divar fraud prevention team is seeking dedicated, hardworking, and analytical candidates with a proven track record of performance and results-oriented thinking to join the team. This position relies on problem-solving skills, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns, analyze diverse data sets and work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to recommend solutions in an ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities:
● Partner with data scientists and product teams to prioritize feature needs for investigative tool sets in order to address corrective and preventive measures to mitigate fraud risk.
● Design and influence operational best practices within the Fraud Response team and measure their effectiveness.
● Analyze data to identify fraud trends and proactively take action to improve efficiency and reduce time to identify new fraud techniques, tactics and procedures.
● Leverage diverse data sources.
● Report on weekly fraud trends and cluster characteristics and analytical insights to the stakeholders.
● Evaluate the existing KPIs and develop additional KPIs for tracking team performance.
● Manage daily execution of fraud prevention team qualification.
