Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to join our organization. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our operational processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, implement improvements, and monitor performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity across all departments.
  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operations with other departments.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish performance goals to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to foster a high-performance culture and talent development.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization, ensuring prudent financial management.
  • Champion initiatives to promote safety, compliance, and sustainability within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least ten years in operational leadership roles within a technology or manufacturing company.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and operational strategies that led to increased efficiency and profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, six sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
  • Age range: 40 to 50 years old. 
  • Excellent English proficiency.
