Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Miare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new couriers, ensuring the growth of our delivery network, and meeting the increasing demand for fast and reliable delivery services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive courier acquisition strategy.
  • Identify and target potential couriers to join the Miare network.
  • Supervise the team to train and onboard new couriers to ensure they meet Miare's standards.
  • Evaluate and improve courier acquisition processes.

Requirements
