Responsibilities:

  • Partnership in defining team targets and KPIs aligned with the delivery and company goals and targets.
  • Partnership in designing and performing effective strategies, designing workflows, processes, and work structures to meet them.
  • Partnership with the team manager in recruiting, onboarding, training, and supervising a team of delivery operations specialists.
  • Providing guidance, feedback, and support in planning and executing effective strategies to enhance the overall customer delivery experience.
  • Strive to successfully supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of operations specialists to achieve the team and employees' targets.
  • Partnership in a team conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and ongoing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Follow-up and implementation of logistics projects defined in different cities and coordination with relevant units according to timing and goals.
  • Monitor and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timely order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to streamline the delivery process.
  • Design and perform effective processes and workflows to address and resolve any delivery-related issues or customer complaints promptly.
  • Implement and refine operational strategies to enhance delivery speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards in food packaging and delivery by vendors.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain service excellence.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to maintain a smooth flow of deliveries.
  • Collect, analyze, and create high-quality reports on operational metrics and provide actionable insights to the team manager.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to handle delivery-related inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Familiar with logistics management software and tools.
  • Understanding of supply chain dynamics and inventory management principles.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Capability to generate reports and derive actionable insights.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new technology and delivery management systems.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to food delivery.
  • Understanding of safety standards and protocols related to food handling and transportation.
