You will play a critical role in the control and direction of either outbound, inbound, transit or reverse logistics areas of operations within our port/border centers.
You are also responsible for:
● Managing the timely data collection to update report reduce cost per each operation, eliminate errors, and thus deliver excellent customer service.
● Driving continuous process improvement and making our customer experience better than ever.
● Checking all shipping docs.
● Working closely with our port/ border center. technology teams to align objectives between technology and operations.
● Acting as a liaison between customer service and the sales team.
● Providing data points for the preparation of business reviews and planning reports.
● Leading, motivating, and supporting a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. This will include the setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports.
● Resolving any arising problems or complaints.
● Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets -Maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements.
● Complying with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
● Location: Valiasr, Tavanir.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (fresh graduates).
● Hardworking.
● Good at teamwork, leadership, and time management.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
● Fluent in English and MS Office.
