Role description:
● Provide coordination and functional direction to drive and sustain focused improvements.
● Operational performance of Marketplace Key Account sellers.
● Review new procedures/controls and appraise the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, and work with the Department Managers and Supervisors to resolve any issues that might arise during implementation phases.
● Provide solutions through problem-solving activities to address ongoing barriers to delivery.
● Identify capability gaps and prioritize activities to address these gaps.
● Implement tactical strategies to achieve the desired target.
● Work with necessary PIC and departments to identify, address, and eliminate process-related obstacles.
● Examine and evaluate the areas after improvements are implemented.
● Do other duties as identified by the OPEX senior supervisor to further the big seller’s performance improvement.
Requirements
● Ideally previous experience in Operations, OPEX, E-Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
● Ability to define problem areas, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
● Ability to gather and analyze data, create relevant reports, write general business
correspondences.
● Ability to recognize conflict and take appropriate action within the scope of the role.
● Strong capability with personal computer applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio).
● Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
● Must be a self-motivated learner.
● Knowledge of basic Lean concepts and continuous improvement-based tools and techniques is an advantage.
