Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced Supervise factory workers and ensure that factory targets are met. Job description: ● Production planning and production control and inventory control. ● Monitoring the effectiveness of planning implementation. ● Implementation of work policies announced by the Manager. ● Using quality systems to improve the organization. ● Using motivation system to achieve long-term goals. ● Control and supervision of all factory affairs with outside the factory. ● Monitoring the entry and exit of purchased items and products sold and warehousing. ● Controlling and monitoring the cost price. ● Management of all matters related to the factory in line with the interests of the company. ● Supervising strict observance of safety regulations and HSE. ● Supervising the observance of work discipline of all factory personnel. ● Controlling the production in accordance with the planning schedule.
Requirements
Requirements: ● Engineering or PharmD or PhD degree. ● More than 12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience as a production manager. ● Fluent in GMP and FDA regulations and ISO requirements. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to communicate with all people at all levels. ● Familiarity with the production process of pharmaceutical. ● Ability to handle any production problem in case of occurrence. ● Ability to analysis of production data to compare production operations with planning schedule. ● Skilled in using labor and equipment to achieve production goals. ● Problem solving skills and in order to solve problems and issues that arise in the production line. ● Time management and change management.
