Job Description

● Answer phones calls. ● Coordinate and arrange meetings. ● Send and receive correspondence (messages and emails). ● Adjust daily schedules. ● Regulate and follow up on the affairs. ● Write letters and prepare reports. ● Document documents. ● Do things related to clients.

Requirements

● At least two years of work experience as an office manager in reputable companies. ● Age range: 23 to 32 years old. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. ● Familiar with archival matters. ● High public relations. ● A responsible person.
